Bummer it's gone missing but Canada Vintage Services should have what you're looking for. Besides info for the older stuff built in Canada or built elsewhere but shipped to Canada new, Canada Vintage also has VIN specific RPO paperwork available for <span style="text-decoration: underline">most all</span> 1977 and newer model year GM product regardless of where built or shipped to new.
