Anyone have info on this dealer - besides it has closed a few yrs back?

Im interested in what their period correct plate frames or decals look like and to purchase a few items.

Pasted "Bill Heard Chevrolet" into ebay search. Several dealer emblems, and other stuff comes up.

I got the Dealer # and Zone info for my '69 Camaro ( Zone 19, dealer 361) but they couldn't tell me who that dealer is/was.
It is Oregon (Zone 19) and it is a dealer between C-O in the alphabet but that's all I can muster so far (thanks Peteleathersac). Who do I contact to get NCRS to do a re-check as I believe they may have made a typo. According to PeteL, Zone 19, dealer 362 was chuck olsen chev, just one number off.
