I was/am in the same boat. I was going to sell my 70 440 4spd mr norms challenger survivor, very similar in drive line to your car, not as rare, but I think less that 900 or 600 made. We both have the Dana! As soon as I let it go, prices will go up.

That is a good question. And that relates back to the posting, have mopars been creeping up in price? I am not pricing anything without knowing what I am doing first. As far as the mr norms car, that is a tough one to price, I have been to enough Mr norms events, there are no others like it. New chevy suburbans are $60-75K now, I just cant see letting a rare survivor muscle car go for less than that now. I used to think ~$75K was the right money on that car, but I just don't think so anymore. I think some of the buying public is willing to pay more money than some of us realize. They are buying these NEW cars with prices I myself cant believe.

Yeah, but they're financing the new cars for 72 months (or longer). Remains to be seen if the sale of Suydam's HemiCuda 'vert is simply indicative of the fact that the absolute rarest of the rare will always bring significant money (supply and demand; with only a handful built, it only takes a handful of people to drive the price into the stratosphere), or indicative of a broader trend. Entry-level Mopar muscle like 383 Road Runners and 440 GTX's have been selling cheap lately, at least drivers and nice projects, which may mean something or nothing. I tend to think that the top-level cars (drop-top Hemi E-bodies, R/A IV Judge convertibles, etc.) may be increasing in value while the rest of the lot holds steady or even decreases, but who knows?
