I place my order on 5/29 for one of my cars. I sent an email to the service this morning inquiring about my document since I already paid for the service. I received the reply below:
"As the order page indicates “Pleas allow up to 30 days for delivery of ordered documents.” I would anticipate that we will meet that time frame. Your order was made on 5/29/2014 so I would guess you should have it before 6/28/2014". John Waggoner Administrator www.ncrs.org This indicates to me that the service is operational.
