Here's a long winded Corvette Forum thread about NCRS and Mr. Sinor.
In post no.71 someone states "Currently the Document Validation Service is suspended until further notice. All other documents services will continue an usual."
I'm not sure what this means. I'm #1117 and still waiting to hear something on my Camaro.
