That rim,center decal & cap look to be authentic,(No trim rings on YDeuce wheels),but the E78 Goodrich white stripe tire mounted to it?...maybe remounted by owner to another 14 X 7 magnum rim as a spare?

Didn't SS wheels on a Deuce dictate white lettered tires?
