One of her daughters came up and said "my mom said you can sit in the car if you want". It is something that I'll NEVER forget. Nothing but class in that family. God speed Helen. Kurt </div></div> We had a similar experience. I was at the SLS with my wife and 14 year old grandson. We had stopped to admire the 68 Nova. I was telling my wife and grandkid how this Nova was "special", when Helen came up to us and pointed to my grandson and said he was welcome to sit in the car. He hesitated for a split second, looked at us for the "ok" and the next thing I knew he was behind sitting the wheel, and Helen was talking with him like they were old friends. He was thrilled and it made his day! Years later, he still talks about sitting in her car. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Gibb family.

RIP Helen. I'll never forget the lunch she put on for the owners of the 2002 ZL-1 cars in her home. Pretty neat to be in that house for a lot of reasons. She was a great host. She even sent me the article about the event in their local paper. Great lady.
