I saw a pretty unusual Buick yesterday. Red/white/white buckets, #s match (VIN on block and trans). Lifelong NW car. BW T10-trans with '62 date codes on main and tail. Shifter comes out of the console at a pretty good forward angle, like a 427 Cobra
Factory tach on console. Lots of unique parts, the factory clutch has centrifigal weights built into it, like a Centerforce. Owner had to have it all rebuilt since nothing is available. Needs paint, has a thick lifeless repaint and some bubbles. Floors and trunk are killer, never undercoated. Interesting car, owner claims less than a couple hundred built.

We had a dark blue one with the 4 spd and the 425 nail head with the two 4 barrels in our area up to about 10 years ago. They make a nice looking car. The local one had the clear side fender turn signal lights.

A little more than 300 Wildcat two-door hardtops were built with a 4-speed in 1964, so I would guess 1963 is a similar number.

My client passed, wasn't as "done" as he'd hoped. Looks like its available to the rest of the world
