About 20 yrs. ago , my brothers 340 Dart Swinger was stolen from a parking lot near his home in Northern Virginia. He was determined to recover it , even though local police said " no hope ". It took 6 months, but after covering the area with notices and posters, even ads in the local papers, a late night phone call resulted in a lead ( $ 500 reward helped )Not only did he find his car but also a field full of stripped , stolen musclecars was found in the mountains.Solved 5 yrs. worth of stolen car cases in the area ! His son now drives the car in the Summer.By the way, my brother is a retired Marine Corp. pilot, received the DFC in Vietnam.
