Default help identify these hood hinges

A customer sent me these hinges to restore but they are not correct for his car ! Can anyone identify what they belong to ?

well..at least 71 up....that little half circle notch on the hood mount surface is for the studs on the cowl to catch the hood in case of an accident so the hood doesnt decapitate the passengers..ive neve seen a GM hinge that doesnt have the fender mounting bolts slotted up and down for adjustment..
