Bill, Jerry Frailey's Kansas built L78 M21 Chevelle had smog on it. He still has it....just not on the car.

From what I "think" I know, in '68, automatics didn't have smog unless it was from built in CA or going to CA but all manual trans cars had smog.

In '69 all auto and manual trans cars received smog.
