Micheal, the Nova handles are different than Chevelles. When the Nova shifter handle comes out of the shifter, it turns to the right, to get it farther away from your leg, so just cutting a handle off and drilling new holes, doesn't work. That's why others have talked about grafting the new handle to a Nova handle. Also the Chevelle handles are bigger, and I have to be careful which handle to use, because they can hit the dash. </div></div>

They also sell splined shims to move it over.I might have some shims left over from when i bought the hurst/muncie kit.
