You may have a typo. Did you really mean "but have the BE going back in it when I get some free time"

Do you really have a BE rear? If it is original, with the original BE heat treated ring and pinion, it is probably worth about $15k. You could sell that, and probably use the cash to buy all the other little pieces you are looking for.
