| 1969 pace car camaro value

I know it's impossible to give a value without seeing the car first hand. However, my buddy is in Florida on vacation an spotted one so he stopped to take a look. From what he told me the car is gorgeous, correct throughout and the tag is stamped with Z11. He is asking $80K. I think that is high for s small block auto car, but I am a Ford and Mopar guy and I don't know Chevy prices.

Seems VERY high for a small block auto. Restored cars available in the $40's to $50's including 4 speeds. That one is priced as a big block 4 speed car. check: www.carsonline.com as there are some nice ones. |

Now I got to wonder what an L78 4spd pacecar convert would be worth. non original motor, but with complete docs which I thought was pretty cool to actually have with a car to maybe compensate some for the non original motor.

Value depends alot on the condition of the car. And the quality of resto. if it is restored. Sounds neat though. |

Its all perfectly restored since the early 80s. All NOS if anything was replaced that was not original.

I had a highly optioned, zone display car Z11 from 2001 to 2004. I sold it in '04 to get the T/A project. -Steve |

Thanks Steve, problem is it's so far away. I have a feeling he is going to buy it though. He has been on a spending spree lately, he bought a 68 ram rod 350, a cadillac cts and a new motorcycle within the last two weeks.

$80K is way too high now for a smallblock car, even if it was an actual festical car. I got 80 for mine back in 2005 but it was a factory display car with every option including rear seat belts, and it had the original dealer paperwork. Here's the old feature on it: https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/ubbt...395#Post103395 |
