I am guessing there are only a couple guys on this board that would know ALL those answers. I know just a few and am glad to share, but your best bet would be to invest in the 1970-74 versionof Colvin's "Chevrolet by the Numbers" book.
Also, part numbers are not always the same as <span style="font-weight: bold">casting</span> numbers, but many of these parts can only be id'd by the casting numbers, & mostly, I just know the last three or four digits. -heads 186 -intake 2110 -water pump 692 -distributor 11112116 (I think) -coil -4 spd carb I think 3972121 List #4555 -water pump and crank pullies -altenator 837 -alternator bracket -harmonic damper -timing cover -oil filter -thermostate housing 660 -spark plugs R43 -spark plug leads -radiator shroud -fuel pump -fan and fan spacer 772 fan, no spacer, not sure of fan clutch designation
