Pretty sad sellers only can give positive feedbacks and that is it.

That sounds like Nigerian scam English. Report it to ebay as a highjacked account and an attempt at extortion. Dont send the "buyer" anything. I have a feeling it is not even your actual buyer that is trying to get the money back.

I would report it to Ebay and just wait and see if he files a claim through Buyer Protection. If he does you may be out the money, but if he doesn't file a claim I wouldn't sweat it. If it were me as the buyer and I didn't have my item yet I would have filed a complaint through ebay buyer protection, so it probably is a scam.
