Nova fender louvers

Nova fender louvers did come either primed with the outer edge chromed for SS models, or completly chromed for the custom trim option. they were two separate GM part nbrs as they were for different applications.
I don't have any good used ones, but for what it's worth, there's a company that makes a very good repo in all chrome. They can be scuffed down, and a metal etch primer will hold the paint.
