....Matt,,,Im constantly learning, even at 65 years old, but why would the engine stamp have a 1 when there isnt even a 1 in the serial #? Im not saying it couldnt, as I just dont know. Please understand that I fully believe this to be the engine that came in the car new for other reasons (the ground pad), and am in no way trying to knock it.....Bill S
