----There is no handle to engage the emergency brake. You step on the pedal to engage the emergency brake.
----And if you are disengaging the emergency brake and the handle comes off, that happens frequently. Its only pressed on the shaft and comes off relatively easily. Sorry you think we are so "foolish" here. I have my own thoughts about your IQ!......Bill S
