His vin is before your potential car. He sent a copy of his protect-o-plate, and bill off sale, plus his sheets from under the back seat. <span style="font-weight: bold">It definitly showed up on the 1970 micro fish sheets as it was shipped September 26 of 1969.</span>

This was done many years ago (contacting GM). This was before Georges time, when Frank was in charge of historical records. If George is not looking around that Sept 26 or later for shipping dates, he may miss it. Of course,.... it really could be a non Canadian car, and not be in there at all!
