I knew there were 2 other pics of this car with the funky wheels, check out this thread from 2006!

If you click on the close up pic you can see that this car did not have the engine call out marker bezel, but rather the standard bezel with what appears to be the 427 emblem installed.

The wheels remind me of Hurst wheels.
