VERY very few 67 BB's came from Mc Kinnon, I have only 1 documented CDN 67 427 Impala SS in my registry with a Mc Kinnon built motor. And to top it off the assembly date on the front pad is dated 6 months before the car was built, this is backed up by the GM of Canada docs.
