Yes the Camaro, it looks like # 8 and a lot like one of the original 1970 Trans-Am team Chaparall cars, link below to compare.
Expanded view using the Ctrl + keys, it looks like the hood and roof top stripes are gone but original bowtie graphics on the side remain w/ # 8 added which wasn't one of the team Chappy Camaro #'s but a Titus Firebird in 1970. Note the w'shld safety clip locations similar also headlight and painted/blank frt. signal lenses, plexi front nose spolier gone also bumper different so maybe damage repair? Mo Carter's preferred # was 8 and although he ran a '69 Camaro in 1970, did he perhaps buy one of the team Chappy cars later as I think I've seen pics of Mo w/ a '70 Camaro that had this style flares and if so maybe came from Jim Hall's group?
