They have been around forever but just moved from Tukwila to Renton near the Renton municipal airport. I don't know them personally but two of my friends, one is a friend of the owner and another has done a few deals with him.

Mark Ellis, the owner, has been running Memory Lane for almost 20 years. I sold cars there with him about 10 years ago. Straightest shooter among all the dealers I've known/met/worked for. I consider him a good friend, and I still sell my cars through him. Memory Lane Motors is about 5 miles from my house. PM or call me with any questions. (PS If its regarding the '59 Impala fuelie, the car is all that AND a bag of chips.

My JL-8 car was for sale there around 1995- Mark seemed like a real cool guy- let me take a bunch of pics of a Z/28 that had a console 8-track.

I know, it just kills me. As much as like that survivor 348/4sp car in the other thread, this black fuelie car really has a LOOK. I don't even mind the Turboglide...

I thought 59's had a fuel injection emblem on the fender..... also... I didn't know you could get a turboglide behind a small block.

BTW - I had a '59 when I was 19 in the late 80's... it had a solid lifter 327 with a 4 speed..

----My buddy growing ups Mom had a 283 power-pack Turboglide. I remember it well as we used to punish it horribly for being such a bad transmission!!!.......Bill S

Look closely at the forward fender under the spear. That's the '59 passenger car FI emblem, a flag and script.
