Default 69 Muncie 4-speed

This 660 case Muncie M-20 transmission has no VIN from the factory. It has a date code of P9R14 but has no VIN number anywhere on case. This transmission was used and now I am being told that it was taken apart at some point because it has two of the same sliders, so it should be inspected before it is used. $995.00 Please e-mail me at [email protected] if you have any questions or call me at 714-474-7327 and thanks for looking.

The "very short period" that it was used, some body was inside the trans and replaced the 1-2 slider with a 3-4 slider and that will not work...
The squared short side of the slider when engaging 2nd gear will make contact with the 2nd gear on the cluster, and make noise...
Would like to see a picture of the "P" stamp... Crash

Just for reference, here is a picture of a Muncie with the correct 1-2 slider assembly.
