Re: 1965 Olds N98 Chrome wheels
Rare, yes. The wheel option was released in Feb of 65. Many people think that the wheel was a late addition but Olds made 442s for 6 more months after the wheel was released. They were available on every F85 V8 car except station wagons.
N98s were regular chrome plated steel wheels. Nothing more than that.  As for seldom seeing a 65 442, a see two every day in my garage!
