Recently, I had a problem with a seller over a NOS oil pressure gauge. After confering with the seller and no reasonable results, I filed a claim with eBay. It took 2 weeks to process and I provided information and photos to support my point. I was successful in getting my money back. They do seem to have a level of accountability they hold the seller to. An opposing comment, I did buy a car that was terribly misrepresented. After trying to persue that one, I just had to put some salt on and eat it. My point................it's a crap shoot. But, certainly worth the effort. Tim
