Canadian Duties

Tony, was it "duties" or the "brokerage fees"? When I ship sold stuff to the U.S. there is a spot on the Fedex customs form as to whether the shipper or recipient will pay the brokerage fees. I didn't do that on one item years ago and about two months later I get a bill for the brokerage fees. That did not stop the package from being delivered though. I also feel the duties have to be paid before the package is delivered. Interesting?????
