I see it in the "Chevelle and El Camino ID model codes" book, page 35. </div></div>

So does it show 2,101 M22 4-speeds? (4298 - 2197 = 2101). </div></div>

No, for CRT code engines built, it shows 2,763.
There is also a claim of 662 service engines, for a total of 4,960 LS5 engines (CRT & CRQ code)
