I will give you a call. I have know Jim S. and the gold car for years. You should tell the story of the car because he sold it new to a customer and bought it back. I was pretty amazed he sold you the car but now has a beautiful 1971 ragtop purchased from the Olds 1971 expert Paul Martin.
I hope to meet you at one of the upcoming shows. My car will be at SEMA in Vegas and hopefully at the Muscle Car Nationals too. Years ago Dave Blake had a couple 4 speeds with the w-27 added but none on my 25+ year old list came with a w-27. The option cost almost as much as the w-30 option so nobody bought it. I was happy to finally restore my olds, it made my family really happy to see it finished. Lee |
