Default Re: Approaching a "Musclecar hoarder",

Heres the latest. hes going to get block numbers off motors. and we ll bring them here to my barn. Hes decided that even if cars are junk, the parts can live on...So, I guess I ll be the caretaker of these projects. As fer the Berger, he thinks its too far gone. I mentioned the whole cloning, rebody thing. He said, it was his "baby", and hed rather cut it up, vin/ tags title and all, than to have it " bastardized...We do know one of the 427 is a IU code. it has bosses by the oil filter. the CE block is a 1969, and the others are 396/402/427 blocks.
theres also a 2 hi po 409`s, a lo po 409, lots of finned BBC valve covers. and he thinks, 30 plus pair of BBC heads. My 15 yr old and I plan on getting this stuff out of the barns and semi trucks ASAP..He trusts me, and wants the parts to live on...not cloned...I could use ANY ADVISE here...hes a lil touched in the head, these parts deserv e good homes. So, we ll try to clean them up and tag everything. I understand some of your concerns on it being junk, and concern of cloning, rest assured, the cars will be parted out before cloning or mis representing them will happen.
