check on ls1tech in the classified section. Someone probably has a stock set of cats and y pipe they may cut the flanges off and sell for next to nothing.

Why not toss on a set of headers?
The throttle body should be easy to clean up. A lot of LS guys get them powder coated along with the brackets etc.
