New Member Thinking Of Building COPO Clone????

A few years ago I came across a 1961 Ford F-100 unibody shortbed. I'm by no means a Ford man, I just like the lines of that particular truck. Keep in mind that this was a ridden hard, six cylinder pickup. I joined a Ford truck site to learn more and decided that the unibody would look great dropped and even better as a convertible! So that's what I did. And (to me) it looked great!! I posted a couple pictures and you would have thought that I had cut up a Boss 429 or something!! These guys ripped me a new one for "destroying" such a "rare" truck. Did the research first, there is nothing rare about a unibody. They basically kicked me off the site. My point is, it's YOUR car, It's not a "one of", so do what YOU want with it. Have fun!!!
