As Pete wrote, if it has the Tonawanda build date stamped on it with the IT (T0415IT for example) that would help. The red/red '67 L88 coupe has an original IT code over the counter block in it and the owner paid lots for it in the early 90's.
The value would be less with a blank pad, but it would still be valuable.
