That is the Ribbon car that made its way to Hawaii. Jeff(HawaiianCamaro) could probably add a lot about it.

Had a very nice friend confirm with Marty Schorr that it was in fact a Bi-Monthly publication...

Nothing to reveal on the magazine photo - its just a picture.
