Yes, everyone needs to go back into their "My Stuff" message history and remove all the leftovers. Everything you ever deleted is back and until you remove them, nothing gets received. You will see a fraction number at the top. Mine said 290/200 which meant I had 290 messages out of the alotted space for 200 messages. I had to click on the boxes and delete a bunch. Now all is well in the world again. It's a small price to pay for progress.
