Re: Joel Rosen paperwork and NICB report look!!!!
If someone's hoping to recoup their time and $ spent for sucessfully securing an NICB report and/or absolutely postive Joel docs and these were the key factors in confirming the pedigree of the vehicle, it may be just but very tough to do...especially if they've let copies get away!.
What's the missing posting of this user...3 posts but only 2 show?.
