-----Andy,,,The NCRS nutcases will tell you that these would be perfect for a 67 as there is a mold seam on both that supposedly only showed up on 67 Vette 350hp motors. Goes right thru the "O".....Bill S

red alert,thanks for the tip.
i was told the original valve cover press machine broke in '62 or '63,and the new machine put the casting seam in the covers.

The mold cracked around 1966 and was never fixed.

The straight across valve covers started mid 59..... 55 to early 59 were staggered. Years ago the Corvette straight across valve covers even came with a longer head bolt in the package since it was required on the late 59 heads. Word.
