I have lots of favorites...but, one of the best is from Barry Fitzgerald when he comes to Maureen O'Hara as the matchmaker. She offers him a drink of whisky and then asks if he would like some water...he replies:

"When I drink whisky, I drink whisky..when I drink water, I drink water!"
