So my wife calls me and says she will be home late

I got the ticket going to the Airport, and the officer told me I could pay it online and the instructions to pay are on the back of the ticket.....No Problem Mon!!......So...I get home and I get the ticket out and go online to pay........No directions on the Ticket.......so ...I do a Google search and find the Jamaican Tax office for paying traffic fines online.....But....Before you can get into the site you have to register......so I register and it ask's for my Jamaican Tax I.D. number and without it, it won't let me in
.......WTF....
So.....I email the contact Link and ask how to pay the fine online.....The lady responds that I should go to the closest local Police Station in Jamaica and pay........I tell her that I back home, got the ticket on the way to the Airport and didn't have time to pay it......
So.....I ask about paying online and she tells me I can't pay online unless I have a Jamaican drivers liscense #.............I said no.......she then responds saying that if I don't pay the fine in the 21 day pay period that I will have to go to the main tax office in Kingston and take care of it there.....LOL.......What a screwed up mess
