Hummm... I am glad I wasn't at the auction and had $138k in my pocket.... if it looks to good to be true....

Research, research, research

So the trick is you order GM of Canada documents on a wrecked car and build a 'new' car with 'documentation'. You would think the authorities would be a bit more interested in investigating cars like this....
