How many people remember the GM/Feds bust years ago over repro VIN tags from him? I have a LOT more info but I hesitate to post it on the web....

"Attention bottom feeders". Anyone remember those infamous Hemmings ads from Chevycraft??

One time I called him on a 57 4 door wagon he had for sale. The price had doubled. He said "It must be priced to low cause I've had too many calls on it". Needless to say I wasn't sucked in.

I used to get his catalogues just to see what I needed to be buying at swap meets, and for the pictures.

I didn't use those prices as a guide though.

Same guy that created the WZ '61SS 409, probably the most bogus '61SS ever.
