I'd also try Road Scholar as they are based in PA. Have used them a few times with no issues.

Had Intercity drop off the funny car before I left for vacation,they were the low bidder and the driver was very good about keeping in touch and handling the car with kid gloves...no complaints here about their service and would highly recommend .

I too have had success with Road Scholar. Also try Horseless Carriage, Reliable, Intercity and Thomas Sunday.
