I would be happy with either of the two styles posted. I did get a call late yesterday from another member who was gracious enough to not only help me to locate them but will also hand deliver them to me.
 However, I do need more. He stated that Larry Patten sells these so I will check a couple more sources including Larry and AMES. Thanks for all the help.
