Although his statement notes 'made with' did the seller provide anything to specify the car was factory equipped w/ L89 equipment or dealer added?.
Is the MT suffix on the POP?.
What's w/ the note on the J code block?.
Does he have a '69 L89 JJ sufix block available or just a J something else block?.
A true original stamping JJ block w/ Vin is worth procuring on it's own and searching for the car!.
The no hit black/black original paint thing and suggested condition especially w/ steelies combo sure sounds good!.

I think someone said the block he has came out of his brother's car that was destroyed. They had both bought L89's ?

Phil said he and his cousin both ordered L89 '68 Camaros together. The block was from his cousin's car and needs 1 sleeve at least. The block was a few hundred vins away from Phil's car.

If both cars were 68's what's w/ the 'J' code story?.
Perhaps he's going from memory only or referring to something else as two digit 396 suffixes that start w/ J were 1969 engines including L35, L34 & L78...the '69 L89 being JJ..

The condition of the car sounds good and it'd be great to see more detail pics!.
There's a rear angle far away shot on this page from the 'Cool' Winery Website..

The guy sent me an e-mail today on the Camaro. The asking price is now $47,000. I know. I couldn't believe it either. Like previous posts have said already, I wouldn't buy the car for any price now.

The ebay car shows nothing to prove it is real and does not show the engine stamp pad so I will assume it is a built car. I would rather have the one in this thread.
