PHIL COOL? Oh man, its gotta be the same fellow who built one of the greatest '32 Fords of all time. Anybody who felt the need to put a blown L88 into a '32 in the late 70s would probably have felt the need to order an aluminum headed L78 w/4.56's in 1968. Definitely detail oriented, so I expect the paperwork is all there and nice. Original Camaro engine likely got used on something else over the years.....
