Looks like a Detroit 12-71 diesel but the bug catchers have me a bit confused - unless they're just for decoration. They are nomally direct-injected with unrestricted intake airflow. The Detroit 12-71 diesels came with two 6-71 blowers, this was the original application that hodrodders took the blowers from.

Yup, as I suspected, the bug catchers are just for show. In the youtube video you can see they are locked open when it's running. They're just being used as air cleaners. Normally there would be a large cast aluminum intake flange and tube mounted over the tops of the blowers and routed to an external cannister air filter.
