Even if one were to go out on a limb and suppose that it should read '10F136021', it appears to me like there's an awful lot of space between the first number 1 and the letter F, and another awful lot of space between the letter F and the number 3 That said, I will categorically state that I cannot ever remember seeing any CON VIN stamp from the Flint assembly plant, so my comment may be totally without merit
