He even worked in conjunction With Autogear in developing these new Muncie parts and even released a great book recently about re-building Manual trannys, Muncies in particular. Muncies are his passion. Anyway, I ordered mine with a 2.5 First gear which is a vast improvement over a 2.2 First in a street/strip car. There's a lot of Muncie rebuilders out there using offshore Chinese gears, make sure you you get the good Italian-made gears that Autogear offers.
