Ann wanted me to say thanks to everyone. I was in fact going to give her the day off today but she informed me this morning that she was 'taking' the day off so what could I say. She got up with me at 6:30 and was starting her day off. She has come a long way these past 9 months.(regarding how early she gets up)

She was also given her choice of dinner tonight either from me taking her out or preparing it and yes I will be bringing dinner home tonight.
Interesting story to go along with Cumbys comment about visiters. We were out weeding last night when a big fancy Caddy very slowly pulled into the driveway. There were three very old women inside who were driving by on their way home from Beardstown and a family reunion. One of the women in the car, "Betty" was 83 years old and her grandfather built Ann's home on 1862. She was born in the house and they moved out in 1939. Betty will be sending several photos of the house that were taken in the 30's. Evidently a VERY wealthy family back in the day. She also told us that they even had a garage and had several cars back then and that her Grandfather even had a few 'antique' cars. We all had a very nice hour long discussion and learned a lot about the history of the house and the nearby towns.
